Cancellations & Appointment Time Adjustments
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. I understand sometimes schedules need to be adjusted for many different reasons. In order to provide exceptional service for each and every client, I have implemented the following policies:
Cancellations and Appointment Time Adjustments
I require a 24-hour notice of cancellation or needing to reschedule or adjust your appointment time. Please contact me by phone or by email to do so. Failure to contact within the 24-hour window will result in a cancellation charge of 50% of the services scheduled. Charge can be paid immediately or prior to booking your next appointment in the salon. Booking will not be allowed until paid.
Please arrive on time or a few minutes early. If you are running late, I ask that you contact me to see how your appointment can be accommodated. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to service you and may have to reschedule your appointment.
